Earl Walter-Brandon Curtice, 20, 63699 Hwy. 491, Dove Creek, Colorado, was sentenced in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday to one year discretionary jail with 141 days credit and one year and six months of probation on a charge of assault with a weapon. 

Warrants will be sought for three suspects in connection with two separate breaking and entering complaints in the 2900 block of West Jackson Road in Weare Township Oct. 14 and Oct. 16, respectively.

A warrant was issued for a Walkerville area woman following a single-vehicle accident in the vicinity of Tyler Road and 144th Avenue in Elbridge Township Oct. 7.
