Miriam Baxcajay Vargas, 19, of 2 W. Main St., Hart, was convicted of driving while license was not valid or improper license and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $300.

Walker Ma Longarner-Allehouse, 31, of 678 Lester Rd., Coldwater, was convicted of drove unregistered vehicle/no trailer plate and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $215.

Marvin Lee Ennis, 33, of 7455 W. VanBuren, Hesperia, was convicted of driving while license was not valid or improper license and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $300.

Dina Marie Kerbuski, 60, of 2923 W. Tahoe Trail, New Era, was convicted of alcohol — open container in a vehicle and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $215.

Codie Michael Winfield, 36, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was convicted of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and probation violation. He was sentenced to four months in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $490.

Johnathon James Zimmerman, 23, 162290th Ave., Morley, was convicted of fleeing and eluding and was sentenced to 14 days in jail with credit given for time served. No fines or costs were assessed.

Daniel Junior Smith, 55, of 1804 E. Fish Rd., Shelby, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $290.

James Brian Tatro, 25, of 5315 S. 148th Ave. Hesperia, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit given for time served, He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $290.

Anthony Michael Guerra-Aldrich, 29, of 5172 Spinning Wheel Dr., Grand Blanc, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $290.

Dylan Wyatt King, 24, of 312 Walnut St., Shelby, was convicted of driving while license was suspended, revoked or denied and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $400.

David Leroy Dora, 55, of 4993 W. Log Rd., Shelby, was convicted of cause — allow vehicle to be operated and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $250.

Mark Alan Bouwman, 57, of 5095 County Lane, Middleville, was convicted of unlawful use of license plates/registration/title and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $225.

Douglas Wayne Estepp, Jr., 42, of 315 Lincoln St., Hart, was convicted of driving while license was suspended, revoked or denied and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $400.

Berni Perez Lopez, 27, of 5319 Figure Eight Rd. Myrtle Beach, N.C., was convicted of driving while license not valid or improper license and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $300.

Krista Rochelle Aslakson, 33, of 7112 Woodrow Rd., Hesperia, was convicted of OUIL, third offense, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,873 and received 36 months probation. Providing that she maintains current employment, the sentence may be served on weekends and continue in succession until all time is served. She was ordered to pay $360 in probationary oversight fees at the rate of $10 per month.

Danny Ray Darling, 55, of 602 State St., Hart, was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to 196 days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $404.

Alyssa Renee Blum, 22, of 698 W. Laketon Ave., Muskegon, was convicted of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced to 150 days in jail with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $458 and received 18 months probation. Fines and costs will be due within 90 days of her jail release. She was ordered to pay $180 in probationary oversight fees at the rate of $10 per month.

Rogelio Noel Saldana, 29, of 6415 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was convicted of police officer — assault/resist and probation violation. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $458.

Michael Ray Hale, 32, of 105 Woodlawn Ave., Hart, was convicted of fleeing and eluding and probation violation. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $398.

Stacey Kay Johnson, 34, of 1136 Hudson, Grand Rapids, was convicted of controlled substance possession and probation violation. She was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $398.
