Maria Magdal Baxcajay-Gonzalez, 49, of 2398 Beech St., Twin Lake, was convicted of driving while license was not valid or improper license and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $300.

Richard James Ragen, 35, of 5630 W. Eight Mile Rd., Hesperia, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and a 90-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $290.

Ernesto Eugene Rodriguez, 29, of 603 S. State St., Apt. 3, Hart, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $340.

Teri Lyn Baldridge, 43, of 6884 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was convicted of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to six days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $175.

Ronald Sylvester-Cletus Monroe, 20, of 4055 White River Dr., Hesperia, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $425.

Kelly Daniel Green, 31, of 1766 Michigan St., Algonac, was convicted of operating an ORV on a public road and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $475.

Randall Scott Crysler, 49, of 6271 W. 104th St., Fremont, was convicted of ORV — operating at an unreasonable speed and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

Elaina Lyn Avilla, 25, of 7121 S. Apple Hill Rd., Rothbury, was convicted of driving while license was not valid or improper license and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $300.

Alvin Eugene Hippler, 67, of 1926 E. Fllmore Rd., Hart, was convicted of driving while license was not valid or improper license and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $125.

Jonah Aaron-Francis Wungnema, 22, of 2567 Morton Ave., Muskegon, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $325.

Zacharia Thomas Dood, 33, of W959 Foster St., Fountain, was convicted of driving while license was suspended, revoked or denied and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $400.

Joe Manuel Gonzalez, 26, of 1325 W. Clark, Bartlett, Texas, was convicted of disorderly person — drunk and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $425.

Emmaline Suzanne Woodward, 26, of 5349 S. 164th Ave., Hesperia, was convicted of harboring misdemeanants and dogs running at large. She received a 93-day suspended jail sentence on the harboring misdemeanants conviction and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence on the dogs running at large conviction. She was ordered to pay combined fines and costs of $725 on both convictions.

Eric William Tatro, 24, of 5333 148th Ave., Hesperia, was convicted of driving while license was suspended, revoked or denied — let suspended person operate and received a 365-day suspended jail sentence. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $100. He also was convicted of reckless use of firearms and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $125 and his firearm was to be returned.

James Bruce Hughey, 83, of 276 McLaren Lake Rd., Hesperia, was convicted of forest fires — setting fire without reason and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $450.

Zachary Howard Bryce, 19, of 1311 W. Jackson Rd., Hart, was convicted of impaired driving and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,090 and to attend AHSE.

David Wayne Hahn, 54, of 5694 S. Leelanau Circle, New Era, was convicted of operating with a high blood alcohol content and received an 180-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,290 and to attend AHSE.

Amanda Katherine Platt, 30, of 62 N. Cook St., Apt 2c, Hesperia, was convicted of retail fraud, third degree, and received a 93-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $465.

Gavin Joseph Krueger-Swanderski, 23, of 6137 Wayne Rd., Pentwater, was convicted of malicious destruction of personal property and probation violation. He was sentenced to 210 days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $1,790.

Tammy Lynn Burow, 56, of 7959 72nd Ave., Pentwater, was convicted of OUIL, third offense, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $690 and received 18 months probation. She was ordered to pay $180 in probationary oversight fees at the rate of $10 per month.
