MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by
Gail Salazar to Gene C. Moorman and LouAnn Moorman, husband and wife, dated December 6,
2012, and recorded December 6, 2012, at Liber 2012, Pages 30116-30120, Oceana County
Records, Michigan, and on which mortgage the current total outstanding balance, including
interest, taxes, and contractual attorney fees is $120,908.35, plus interest accruing at 9.00% per
annum from May 29, 2019.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and
provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged
premises, at public venue, inside the Oceana County Court Building, 100 S. State Street, Hart,
MI 49420, at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 11, 2019.
Said premises is situated in the City of Hart, County of Oceana, State of Michigan, and is
Lots 5, 6 and an undivided 2 interest in Lot 7 and the East 6 feet of Lot 4, Block
9, City of Hart, Oceana County, Michigan.

The redemption period shall be six (6) months from the date of such sale unless determined
abandoned in accordance with MCL 600.3241, in which case the redemption period shall be 30
days from the date of such sale.
If the above-referenced real property is sold at a foreclosure sale, the borrower will be held
responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale, or to the
mortgage holder, for damaging the property during the redemption period.
