Notice is hereby given that Default has occurred in a Mortgage given by Norman E. Titsworth and Dorris J. Titsworth, husband and wife, mortgagors, to West Shore Bank, mortgagee. The Mortgage is dated September 8, 2010, and was recorded on September 15, 2010, at Document No. 2010R04852, of the Mason County records. The balance owing on the Mortgage as of the date of this Notice is $43,471.72, including interest at 6.0% per year. The Mortgage contains a power of sale clause and no proceedings have been instituted to recover any part of the debt owing.
The Mortgage will be foreclosed by selling the property described below at a public auction to the highest bidder. The sale will be held on October 17, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. local time at the main entrance to the Mason County Court Facility, 304 E. Ludington, Ludington, Michigan, that being the place of holding Circuit Court for Mason County, Michigan. The property will be sold to pay the amount then due on the Mortgage, including interest, legal costs, attorney fees and any taxes or insurance which may be paid by the mortgagee before the sale.

Commencing at the SW corner of Section 28, T18N, R16W, Custer Twp., Mason County, Michigan; thence S 89̊00' E along the S line of Section 28, a distance of 845.26 ft to the point of beginning of the following described parcel of land: Thence N 0̊49' E, a distance of 289.04 ft; thence N 88̊07' E, a distance of 433.54 ft; thence S 0̊49' W, a distance of 310.91 ft to a point on the S line of Section 28; thence N 89̊00' W, a distance of 433.28 ft to the point of beginning, being part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 28, T18N, R16W, according to the government survey thereof. Subject to a right-of-way for county highway purposes along the entire South side.
