("MERS"), solely as nominee for lender and lender's successors and assigns, Mortgagee, dated August 16, 2016, and recorded on August 25, 2016, in Liber 2016, on Page 14831, and assigned by said mortgagee to Quicken Loans Inc., as assigned, Oceana County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Eighty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Two Dollars and Seventy-Nine Cents ($89,602.79). Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the West Front door of the Oceana County Building in Hart, Michigan. at 10:00 AM o'clock, on June 27, 2019 Said premises are located in Oceana County, Michigan and are described as: Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33, Town 16 North, Range 15 West, Colfax Township, Oceana County, Michigan, described as: commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said section 33; thence South 01 degrees 30 minutes East along the North-South 1/4 line 494.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 87 degrees 37 minutes east 640.00 feet; thence South 01 degrees 30 minutes East parallel to the North-South 1/4 line to the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said section 33; thence West along said South line to the Southwest corner thereof; thence North 01 degrees 30 minutes West along the North-South 1/4 line of said Section 33 to the point of beginning. The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless abandoned under MCL 600.3241, in which case the redemption period shall be 1 month, or under MCL 600.3241a 30 days from the date of such sale, or 15 days from the MCL 600.3241a(b) notice, whichever is later, or extinguished pursuant to MCL 600.3238. If the above referenced property is sold at a foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of Act 236 of 1961, under MCL 600.3278, the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
