Chaderick Micheal Stefaniak, 44, 5715 N. Budzynski Road, Fountain, was sentenced to pay $200 in fines and costs after pleading guilty to fail to maintain security (no insurance).

Timothy Virgil Amburgey, 56, 1728 E. Hansen Road, Custer, was sentenced to pay $300 in fines and costs after pleading guilty to operating without a license on person. In a second file, Amburgey had a count of driving while license suspended/revoked/denied first offense dismissed. In a third file, Amburgey had a count of expired registration/no plate on vehicle/no registration/no registration on person dismissed.

Garth Allen Lemere Jr., 23, 603 E. Melendy St. Apt. 2, Ludington, was sentenced to time served, a suspended term of 93 days in jail and pay $240 in fines and costs including $40 in restitution after pleading guilty to larceny less than $200. In a separate file, Lemire had a count of disorderly person/disturbing the peace.

Luke Matthew Thompson, 21, 128 N. Green Creek Road, Muskegon, was sentenced to two days in jail and must pay $250 in fines and costs after pleading guilty to operating without a license on person.

Duane Michael Duggan, 59, 478 S. Brye Road, Ludington, was sentenced to pay $300 in fines and costs after pleading guilty to allowing a person to drive in violation of the vehicle code.

Veronica Hernandez, 34, 222 Second St., Ludington, was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served and must pay $250 in fines and costs after pleading guilty to droving while license not valid/improper license.

Arraignments

Rachel Marie Mclain, 41, 405 S. Elm St., Ludington, was arraigned on a felony count of possession of methamphetamine/ecstacy following a Sept. 1 incident investigated by the Ludington Police Department. A $5,000 personal recognizance bond was set. A probable cause hearing was scheduled for Nov. 16.

John Kenneth Oskaboose, 25, 109 E. Foster, Ludington, was arraigned on a felony count of unlawful driving away a motor vehicle following a Nov. 4 incident investigated by the Ludington Police Department. A $250 cash only bond was set. A probable cause hearing was scheduled for Nov. 16.

Tyler Mitchell Howard, 32, 104 Adam St., Ludington, was arraigned on a felony count of possession of methampheatmine/ecstacy, a felony count of possession of a narcotic/cocaine less than 25 grams and a misdemeanor count of fail to maintain security following a Nov. 6 incident investigated by Mason County Sheriff’s Office. A $5,000 personal recognizance bond was set. A probable cause hearing was scheduled for Nov. 16.

Caleb Isiah Russell, 19, 1388 W. Sugar Grove Road, Scottville, was arraigned on a misdemeanor count of driving while license not valid/improper license following an Oct. 26 incident investigated by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office. A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for Nov. 21.

Courtney Deann Grey, 26, 604 E. Filer St. Apt. 1, Ludington, was arraigned on a misdemeanor count of driving while license not valid/improper license following an Oct. 17 incident investigated by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office. A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for Nov. 14.

Dismissals

Christopher David Chesebro, 24, 176 Lincoln, Manistee, had a count of operating while impaired by liquor dismissed.

Dawson Alexander Parks, 23, 14771 Coates Hwy., Brethren, had a count of assault and battery dismissed.

John Mason Wire, 79, 6746 Silander Lane, Ludington, had a count of assault/resisting/obstructing an officer and a count of driving while license suspended/revoked/denied first offense.

Michelle Louise Hernandez-Sarto, 53, 714 N. Gaylord Ave., Ludington, had a count of trespassing dismissed.

Brandon David Schultz, 21, 8175 Main St., Bear Lake, had a count of operating while impaired by controlled substance dismissed.

George Robert West, 70, 726 N. Miller Drive, Muskegon, had a count of disorderly person/disturbing the peace dismissed.
