'Botanicals' on display at LACA
Vicky Dorrell and Darlene Ponko look over Al Geist’s photography at Saturday’s artists reception. “Botanicals” is on display at the arts center, 107 S. Harrison St., until Aug. 30, Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. Admission to the gallery is free. Artists have depicted their interpretation of plant life in various media, including oil and acrylic painting, photography, sculpture and mixed media.
