Our History

We are a group of partners who care deeply about – and believe in – Downtown Muskegon. We are also passionate about spirits, craft cocktails, and good food.
By definition, 18th Amendment Spirits Co. is a craft distillery.

At the same time, our Muskegon location, to be located at 350 W. Western Ave in the former Savings and Loan Bank, is far more than a distillery or bar. The building houses a vintage Brunswick bar, originally built in Muskegon, where patrons can enjoy exceptionally well-crafted cocktails at reasonable rates.

Beyond that we offer entertainment, a restaurant, educational events, and a retail outlet. It is our hope that the former Savings and Loan Bank will become a destination for locals and tourists alike − a place to congregate, imbibe, shop, and enjoy the newly reinvigorated spirit of Downtown Muskegon.
