Judge Kevin Drake

Beverly Jayne Watson, 69, of 7054 Lakeshore Dr., Walkerville, was convicted of driving an unregistered vehicle/no trailer plate and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $215.

Charles Edwin Howe, 67, of 2615 Marquette Circle Dr., Baldwin, was convicted of disorderly person — drunk and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be serve at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $450.

Brandon Lee Chase, 39, of 9415 W. Grant Rd., Walkerville, was convicted of domestic violence, second offense, and was sentenced to one year in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $600 and received six months probation. He was to be released from jail providing there were no other holds. A no contact order was continued.

Adrianna Brittane Sawdy, 21, of 49 S. Winter St. Apt. H, Hesperia, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $290.

Mitchell Aaron Robinson, 39, of 2725 E. Forest St., Rothbury, was convicted of driving while license was not valid or improper license and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $300.

Bobby Gene Gardner, 51, of 1731 W. Coolidge St., Bitely, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $305.

Paul Loren DeVries, 50, of 1975 Crabtree Lane, Jenison, was convicted of failure to prevent the spread of fire and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $575. He was directed to contact the prosecutor after 30 days to file for a dismissal.

Lee Ryan Sawdy, 38, of 207 W. Lever Rd., Hart, was convicted of driving while license was not valid or improper license and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $300.

Miguel Flores-Villalba, 39, of 140 White St., Shelby, was convicted of operating without a license on his person and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $200.
