Michael Steven Dewindt, 54, of 2653 116th Ave., Hudsonville, was convicted of operating an unregistered snowmobile and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $225.

Michael H. Fuller, 77, of 95 Hilltop Dr., Hart, was convicted of uncased firearm in a motor vehicle and transporting open intoxicants. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $475.

Juan Luis Cortez, 45, of 541 E. Beard Rd., Pentwater, was convicted of driving while license was not valid or improper license and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $300.

Anthony James Lee, 31, of 2060 Airport Rd., Kalispell, was convicted of fishing without a license and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $235.

Orlando Cordero Ortega, 24, of 58 Chapita Hills Rd., Shelby, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $290.

Michelle Bethany Harris, 36, of 9103 E. Hawley St., Hesperia, was convicted of allowing a person with a suspended/revoked/denied driver’s license to operate and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $450.

Douglas William Baird, 50, of 6402 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was convicted of hunting and fishing — using another person’s license and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $400. Restitution was left open for 30 days.

Darius Dion Jackson, 38, of 2018 Bourdon St., Muskegon, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $375.

Thomas Wayne Anderson, 48, of 1074 Langeland Ave., Muskegon, was convicted of animals abandoning/cruelty and was sentenced to 93 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $485.

Maryjane Davila, 54, of 5662 S. Oneida Trail, New Era, was convicted of retail fraud, third degree, and was sentenced to 93 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $235.

Vicki Lynn Ferris, 49, of 865 Emerson Ave., Muskegon, was convicted of assault or assault and battery and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $490.

Rebecca Lee Salazar, 33, of 5677 S. Oneida Trail, New Era, was convicted of retail fraud — third degree and received a 93-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $250.

Tami Lynn Leemon, 50, of 217 E. Lincoln St., Hart, was convicted of welfare fraud — $500 or less and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. She was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $642.

David Lee Duncan, 48, of 3058 W. Tahoe Trail, New Era, was convicted of larceny less than $200 and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $400 and was to be released from jail providing there were no other holds.

Ramon Fekken, 27, of 19669 Ray Ave., New Era, was convicted of motor vehicle — operate without security and received a 365-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $300 and was to be released from jail providing there were no other holds.

Eric Aurillo Demorest, 34, of 8638 Nugent Ave. NE, Rockford, was convicted of impaired driving and received a 93-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,080.

Rudy Coronado, 38, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave, Lot 41, Hart, was convicted of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced to 57 days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $358.

Shawn Edward Lopez-Fooshee, 22, of 2320 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was convicted of controlled substance delivery less than 50 grams and was sentenced to 165 days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $458.

Michael Shawn Kelly, 58, of 4125 Orshal Rd., Whitehall, was convicted of identity theft and was sentenced to seven months in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $398.

Jacquelyn Ann-Geraldine Riggs, 30, of 1790 Roberts Rd., Muskegon, was convicted of uttering and publishing and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $1,302.50.

Hector Martin Saldana, Jr., 33, of 3261 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury, was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to serve one to four years in prison with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $198.
