Nathan Andrew Combs, 18, of 486 Sands St., Pentwater, was convicted of operating without a license on his person and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $75.

Felipe Anthony Garza, 27, of 1264 S. 160th Ave., Hesperia, was convicted of unlawful use license plates/registration/title. No fines and costs were ordered.

Mikhail Randall Kleiman, 19, of 13137 Starwood Lane, DeWitt, was convicted of marine safety — riding on the bow, and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $245.

Howard Crowley, 58, of 4185 Union St., Apt. 4, Hart, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $125.

Matthew James Lambert, 28, of 8965 E. Baker Rd., Hesperia, was convicted of driving while license was suspended, revoked or denied and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $400.

David Charles Ware, 56, of 1145 W. Holton Whitehall Rd., Whitehall, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $290.

Anthony Jerald Lummen, 29, of 68545 Bingham Ave., Newaygo, was convicted of breaking and entering with intent and probation violation. He was sentenced to served 17 months to 10 years in prison with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $395.

Jeffrey Bernar Schnaus, 37, of 1717 Wood Cliff Ct., Atlanta, Ga., was convicted of controlled substance delivery less than 50 grams and was sentenced to 101 days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $1,328 and received 18 months probation. He was ordered to pay $180 in probationary oversight fees at the rate of $10 per month. Fines and costs will be due within 60 days of his jail release.

Christine Anne Day, 27, of 2301 N. William, Ludington, was convicted of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced to 143 days in jail with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $458 and received 18 months probation. She was ordered to pay $180 in probationary oversight fees at the rate of $10 per month. Fines and costs will be due within four months of her jail release.

Randal Le Via, 39, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was convicted of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and was sentenced to 164 days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $458 and received 18 months probation. He was ordered to pay $180 in probationary oversight fees at the rate of $10 per month. Fines and costs will be due within five months of his jail release. A no contact order was continued.

Jeffrey Wayne Shafer, 44, of 5823 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville, was convicted of OUIL, third offense and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $973 and received 18 months probation. He was ordered to pay $180 in probationary oversight fees at the rate of $10 per month.

Zandra Carinda Vasquez, 44, of 619 Woodlawn Ct., Hart, was convicted of welfare fraud over $500 and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $59,286.98 and received 60 months probation. She was ordered to pay $600 in probationary oversight fees at the rate of $10 per month.

Pedro Verduzco Mendoza, 71, of 2258 54th St., Fennville, was convicted of disorderly person — gambling, and was sentenced to three days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $1,409.80 and received 10 months probation.

Tony Pena, 54, of 1751 56th St., Fennville, was convicted of disorderly person — gambling and was sentenced to three days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $1,409.80 and received 10 months probation.

Joseph Owen Pulsipher, 52, of 9430 Filmore Rd., Hesperia, was convicted of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams and was sentenced to 105 days in jai with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $458 and received 18 months probation. Fines and costs will be due within five months.
