Magistrate Adriana Facundo

Teri Lyn Baldridge, 43, of 6884 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was convicted of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $125.

Jeremy Wade Vargo, 23, of 9077 W. 13 Mile Rd., Walkerville, was convicted of improper plates and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $265.

Elizabeth Mae Woodring, 53, of 6890 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $365.

Sheila Marie Kuester, 58, of 14767 Shadowwood Ct., Apt. 101, Grand Haven, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $290.

Camen Eveyette Croff, 49 of 3222 E. Minke Rd. Walkerville, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $355.

Cristal Louise Lewis, 25, of 523 S. Water St., Hart, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $290.

Susan Marie Civis, 59, of 5650 S. Oceana Dr., New Era, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $290.

Ronald Lee Robertson, Jr., 36, of 282 Pine St., Shelby, was convicted of disturbing the peace and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $175.

Kyle James Stumbo, 20, of 1847 Rank Rd., Grass Lake, was convicted of malicious destruction of property and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $200.

Michael Ray Hale, 32, of 105 Woodlawn Ave., Hart, was convicted of driving while license was suspended, revoked or denied and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $75.

Herbert Jason Golnick, III, 38, of 207 Crowley St. Scottville, was convicted of driving an unregistered vehicle/no trailer plates and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

Judge Kevin Drake

Dustin Allen Himes, Jr., 25, of 4570 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville, was convicted of operating with the presence of drugs and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $315 and was to be released from jail providing there were no other holds.

David Gerald Cernik, 64, of 19562 Downshire Dr., Brownstown, was convicted of impaired driving and was sentenced to 93 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,105 and was to continue counseling in which he is currently enrolled.

Ashleigh Nicole Stitt, 33, of 1977 Whitehall Rd., Muskegon, was convicted of controlled substance use (narcotic or cocaine) and was sentenced to one year in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $975 and received six months probation. His driver’s license was suspended for 365 days with no restricted license granted for the first 60 days.

Anthony Ysidro Vasquez, 36, of 12 S. State St., Hart, was convicted of domestic violence and was sentenced to 93 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $725 and received six months probation. A no contact order was continued.

27th Circuit Court

Alejuandro Raul Mendoza, 27, of 2258 54th St., Fennville, was convicted of disorderly person — gambling and was sentenced to three days in jail with credit given for time served. He was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $1,409.80.
