Adventures await as you explore Michigan this summer with a wonderful tool provided by a partnership between Michigan’s nearly 400 public libraries and hundreds of Michigan’s state parks, historic sites, cultural attractions, campgrounds and recreation areas.

The Michigan Activity Pass program is brought to you in part by the Library Network and is designed to enhance the learning experience of people of all ages through books and other library materials, and to provide reduced cost or complimentary access to arts, cultural and outdoor organizations across the state.

Beginning May 24, library patrons can use their library card number to print a pass either from home or at a library, to one of the hundreds of participating institutions online at

Some partners offer complimentary or reduced price admissions; others offer discounts in their gift shop or other exclusive offers.

The pass expires one week from the date it is printed.
