Pentwater man arraigned in school window shooting

A 22-year-old Pentwater man was arrested for allegedly damaging multiple windows in the Pentwater area last week.

The Oceana County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gavin Krueger-Swanderski. He was arraigned in 78th District Court in Hart Monday on a felony malicious destruction of property charge for allegedly shooting out vehicle windows with a BB gun of one vehicle on Longbridge Road and a second in the Apache Hills subdivision. Bond was set at $25,000. Krueger-Swanderski could face additional charges stemming from incidents within the Village of Pentwater.
