MUSKEGON – Now entering its seventh year, 110 kids will participate in Camp Break a Leg this summer at Reeths-Puffer High School from June 17-21.

The camp gives students in second through eight grades an opportunity to learn and improve on their theater skills from members of the Reeths-Puffer choir and theater staff. Students will be exposed to singing, dancing, acting, and learn about the workings of backstage.

In only five days students will read, audition, practice and then perform the musical “The Most Epic Birthday Party Ever.” The performance will be at 4 p.m. on Friday, June 21.

Registration is still open for the camp and costs $180. Students will receive a T-shirt, script, vocal CD and the opportunity to perform for an audience. There is a 20-percent discount for siblings registering together.

A second session is also planned for Aug. 5-9.
