WHITE RIVER TWP. – When Dr. Marsha Rappley gets off at her exit on US-31 she said she can feel her blood pressure drop.
“I love Montague and Whitehall and it is a great place to live. The people are easy to get along with, reliable and every time I get off of 31 I can feel my blood pressure drop,” said Rappley.
Rappley, who works primarily out of Grand Rapids, is the dean of Michigan State University’s (MSU) College of Human Medicine. However, she has recently accepted a new position at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) that will require her to move.
